In 1870 our house was first mentioned as a place to stop in the history of Mistelbach.
 

In 1947 the “Zur Linde” inn was taken over by the Polak family.  
 

In 1984 it was restructured into a restaurant.
 

1996 Award of the first toque in the Weinviertel by Gault Millau Austria  
 

In 2000 our newly built 4 star hotel opened.
 

Then in 2021 the award of 2 toques for the Wintergarten restaurant.

Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we source our products, as far as possible, regionally and in organic quality.  
 

Some of this even comes from our own cultivation.
